Rewrite Fear Worksheet
Fear is energy that’s bound up in a story.
When we attend to the story, we have more choices about how we use the energy of fear in service to our writing—instead of against us
Renegotiating your relationship with fear starts with hearing fear out, following it to its logical worst-case-scenario conclusion, and seeing what’s possible from there. In my own writing life, I call this “talking myself down from the ledge.” See if there’s a way to write yourself someplace new in relationship to your own fears. With a little investigation, you may be surprised at how much more authority you have over fear than it has over you.
This worksheet can take you there.
